We encourage you to take your time to ensure everything aligns with your vision. Should you have any questions or wish to make adjustments, our team is here to assist you. Once you are satisfied and ready to proceed, simply accept the quote, and we will move forward with the next steps to bring your project to life. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we look forward to collaborating with you.
Giving us the OK
Once you accept the quote, your project will be officially scheduled, and we will promptly send you a contract via DocuSign. We recommend taking the time to thoroughly review all notations and details in the contract to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. If you have any questions or require clarifications, our team is here to support you. We want to ensure that all aspects of the agreement reflect your needs accurately. Once you’re satisfied and the contract is signed, we’ll move forward with the preparations to bring your landscaping project to life
On-Site Estimate & Consultaion
A member of our experienced team will visit your home to discuss ideas and layouts tailored to your vision. During this consultation, we will take precise measurements and provide you with our Blisswood brochure and landscaping catalog. We encourage you to use this opportunity to ask the estimator any questions or address any topics of concern that may have arisen while reviewing our customer materials. Once the consultation concludes, we will return to our office to diligently prepare your estimate.
Receiving Your Estimate
One aspect we take great pride in is delivering your landscaping estimate within 24 hours or less. We understand that waiting days or even weeks for an estimate can be frustrating. Our approach breaks down each component of the project, allowing you to fully understand the scope and empowering you to budget and plan for future enhancements at your own pace.
Deposit and Material Delivery
Once the contract is signed, we kindly request that the first deposit be submitted before any materials are ordered. This deposit ensures that we can secure the necessary resources for your project and begins the process of bringing your vision to fruition. We appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this step, as it allows us to move forward smoothly and efficiently. Once we receive the deposit, we will finalize the order of materials and confirm the timeline for your landscaping project, ensuring everything is in place for a successful start
First Day of Work
On the first day of work, our team will arrive to begin the excavation process. Depending on your property layout, you may notice an excavation bin placed in your driveway or on the road. To facilitate a smooth operation, we kindly ask that you clear access to any gates and ensure that pathways are unobstructed. Additionally, base materials will be delivered to the driveway or road, so ample space will be required. We will also need room to park a skid steer overnight, which can be accommodated either in your driveway or in the backyard. Your cooperation with these arrangements will help us maintain an efficient workflow and ensure a successful start to your landscaping project.
