Here’s exactly what to expect — start to finish:

Step 1: On-Site Estimate & Consultation

A member of our experienced team will visit your home to:

• Discuss your vision, ideas, and layout options

• Take precise measurements of the project area

• Review materials, colors, and design possibilities

• Provide you with our Blisswood brochure and landscaping catalog

This is your opportunity to ask questions and ensure we fully understand your goals.

After the consultation, we return to our office and begin preparing your detailed estimate.

 

Step 2: Receiving Your Estimate

We pride ourselves on delivering your landscaping estimate within 24 hours or less.

Your estimate will:

• Clearly break down project components

• Outline materials and specifications

• Provide a projected timeline

• Allow you to fully understand the investment

Our transparent approach empowers you to budget confidently and plan future enhancements at your own pace.

 

Step 3: Review & Acceptance of Estimate

Once you receive your estimate, you’ll have time to carefully review:

• Colors and material selections

• Layout and design scope

• Timeline and scheduling

• Overall investment

If you have questions or would like revisions, we’re happy to make adjustments.

When everything aligns with your vision, simply approve the quote to move forward.

 

Step 4: Contract & Scheduling

After estimate approval:

1. Your project is officially scheduled.

2. A detailed contract is sent via DocuSign.

3. You review all project details thoroughly.

If anything requires clarification, we are here to help. Once the contract is signed, we move into the preparation phase.

Step 5: Deposit & Material Ordering

Before materials are ordered, the initial deposit is required.

This allows us to:

• Secure materials

• Confirm suppliers

• Lock in scheduling

• Coordinate project logistics

Once the deposit is received, we finalize material orders and confirm your start date.

Step 6: Project Start – Deliveries & Site Preparation

On the first day of work, you can expect:

• Material deliveries arriving on-site

• Equipment and machines being dropped off

• Site preparation beginning

To ensure a smooth start, we kindly ask that access points and work areas are cleared and unobstructed. Proper preparation allows our team to work efficiently and keep your project on schedule.

Step 7: Mid-Project Progress Payment

As outlined in your contract, the next scheduled payment will be due approximately halfway through the project.

At this stage:

• We review progress with you

• Ensure everything is aligning with expectations

• Address any questions or concerns

If there is anything you would like clarified or adjusted, this is the perfect time to bring it forward. Open communication ensures we finish strong and deliver exactly what was promised.

Step 8: Project Completion & Final Walkthrough

As we complete your project, we focus on delivering a polished final result.

At completion, you can expect:

• A full project walkthrough with our team

• An opportunity to review every detail

• Final adjustments if necessary

• Complete site cleanup

• All excess materials removed

• All machines and equipment removed from the property

Once you are fully satisfied, the final payment will be due as outlined in your contract.
